1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of GrowQuikr's lead generation services. By engaging GrowQuikr, you agree to these terms. GrowQuikr is operated by Lamneihao (Albert) Vaiphei, based in Guwahati, Assam, India.
2. Services
GrowQuikr provides B2B lead generation and appointment setting services on a pay-per-B.I.T-qualified-lead basis. A B.I.T-qualified lead is a prospect who has confirmed Budget, Interest and Timeline through direct outreach conducted by GrowQuikr on behalf of the client.
GrowQuikr's services are limited to lead generation and appointment setting. GrowQuikr does not guarantee deal closures, revenue generation or conversion of leads into paying customers. Closing is the sole responsibility of the client's sales team.
3. Setup Fee
A one-time setup fee of $650 USD is charged at the start of each new campaign. This fee covers ICP research, prospect list building, outreach sequence creation, infrastructure setup and onboarding. The setup fee is non-refundable except as described in Section 4.
Clients who provide access to their own outreach infrastructure (email domains, CRM, outreach tools) may be eligible to waive the setup fee. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis during the strategy call.
4. Setup Fee Protection
If GrowQuikr fails to deliver even one B.I.T-qualified lead within 90 days of campaign launch, the entire $650 setup fee will be returned to the client. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the claim being raised. This protection applies to the setup fee only and does not extend to any per-lead fees already invoiced.
5. Per-Lead Pricing
Per-lead fees range from $150 to $1,500 per B.I.T-qualified lead depending on target company size, region, designation and industry. The exact price is confirmed during the strategy call and documented in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Invoices are issued upon delivery of each confirmed B.I.T-qualified lead.
Leads that result in a no-show or cancellation before the meeting takes place are not invoiced.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Before 90 days from campaign launch: The client may cancel at any time. The setup fee is non-refundable unless GrowQuikr has delivered zero B.I.T-qualified leads (see Section 4). Any leads delivered prior to cancellation remain invoiced.
- After 90 days from campaign launch: Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. No penalties or exit fees apply.
7. Lead Exclusivity
All leads generated by GrowQuikr are exclusive to the client's campaign. GrowQuikr does not share, resell or reuse prospect lists or leads across multiple clients simultaneously.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for responding to B.I.T-qualified leads promptly, attending scheduled meetings, and providing GrowQuikr with accurate ICP information. Failure to respond to leads within 48 hours does not entitle the client to credit or refund for those leads.
9. Intellectual Property
All outreach content, sequences and campaign assets created by GrowQuikr remain the intellectual property of GrowQuikr unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prospect lists generated during the campaign are provided to the client at the end of the SLA.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This includes client ICP data, pricing, campaign strategy and performance metrics.
11. Limitation of Liability
GrowQuikr's total liability to the client under any circumstances shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. GrowQuikr is not liable for any indirect, consequential or loss-of-revenue claims.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Guwahati, Assam, India.
